Order Processing

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available. Please contact our customer support team for special shipping requests.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to our facility.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

Lost Shipments
