We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹150 applies across India.

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us and a full refund will be processed.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team for assistance.

In the rare event that your shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partner. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 7-10 business days.
